It stands out for its medium-intensity green vegetable sensations of green tomato, ripe fruit, vegetables, and aromatic herbs. It is a well-balanced oil with a harmonious, smooth, and fluid taste, extremely sweet at the beginning. There are hints of spiciness and chili pepper, bitter rocket and chicory. It finishes with a touch of bitter almond and walnut.

The oil is obtained through careful processing of Picholine olives at the stage of veraison, belonging to the native cultivar of the hills of the village of Ponte, Benevento.
